FAQ

General Information
Where can I park?
Limited parking is available behind the clinic. There is additional parking across the street, and 70 m away at the Collins Street community centre. We encourage carpooling for larger groups.
Do I need a reservation or can I walk in?
We highly recommend booking before walking in. Our recovery sessions are limited to a maximum of 8 people, and our remedial massage and physiotherapy team are often fully booked. We do get cancellations, so walk-ins are welcome and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we can’t guarantee availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Cancelling appointments within this time may incur a 50% cancellation fee for the first cancellation and a 100% fee for future cancellations.
Why did Subi Sports Massage & Physio change its name?
We’ve rebranded to Subi Sports Recovery to better reflect the full range of services we offer, including remedial massage, recovery therapy, sauna and cold plunge. While our name has changed, our team, management and our commitment to your recovery and wellbeing remains the same.
