Terms and Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking in for a session or treatment
By signing up or attending appointments you agree to the terms and conditions set our on our website. 

Services

Subi Sports Recovery provides the following services. The services are provided by qualified practitioners who work within their scope of practice

  • Remedial Massage and related therapeutic treatments, including but not limited to cupping, dry needling & trigger point therapy

  • Sauna and cold plunge recover sessions

Recovery Sessions

  • A maximum of 10 clients can attend a recovery session at one time

  • Recovery sessions run for a total of 55 minutes & include usage of all the sauna's, cold plunges, and bucket shower

  • Appropriate swimming or active wear attire must be worn while using the services​

  • Clients must ensure their head remains above water level at all times

  • Clients are required to remain seated, ontop of a towel, while in the sauna at all times. WIth no skin touching the benches.

  • Clients must have a shower at the clinic prior to using the sauna and cold plunge facilities

  • Clients must remain well hydrated at all times when using the facilities​

  • Clients must not add water to the hot stones without full group consent

  • Clients must not engage in offensive or aggressive behaviour, including the use of offensive language

  • We recommend that sauna usage is limited to a maximum of 20 minutes at any one time

  • We recommend that clients have a minimum of a 10 minute break before re-entering the sauna

  • We recomend a maximum of 6 minutes in our cold plunges

Health & Medical responsibility

By attending our clinic you confirm:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to receive treatment and/or use recovery facilities

  • You will inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or relevant health concerns prior to treatment

  • You understand that it is your responsibility to seek medical clearance where necessary

Do not attend or use our sauna and cold plunge facilities if you are:

  • Pregnant

  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Have high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, respiratory conditions, or any medical conditions that may be affected by heat or cold exposure

  • Unwell, have a fever, infections, contagious illnesses or any open wounds.

    If you are unsure whether sauna and cold plunge is safe for you please consult with your medical professional prior to booking in. 

Cancellation Policy

Remedial Massage

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of remedial massage appointments. Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.

First late cancellation: The cancellation fee will be waived as a one-time courtesy

Second late cancellation: A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply

Third late cancellation and onwards: A fee of 100% of the appointment cost will apply

Casual/drop in Recovery Sessions

We require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of casual or drop-in recovery sessions.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 6 hours’ notice: you will be issued a full credit which can be used for a future session.

If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend within 6 hours of your appointment start time: The session will be forfeited and no credit or refund will be provided. We understand that unexpected situations can arise so as a courtesy, each client recieves one cancellation allowance before late cancellations result in session loss.

Recovery Memberships

We require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of recovery sessions. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 6 hours’ notice, your session credit will automatically be returned to your package or membership for future use.
 

- If you are on a restore or recharge membership and you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend within 6 hours of your appointment start time, the session will be forfeited and no credit will be returned to your account.
- If you have an unlimited membership and you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend within 6 hours of your appointment start time, you will recieve a $30 cancellation fee. 

We understand that unexpected situations can arise so as a courtesy, so every membership includes one late cancellation allowance per month before late cancellations result in session loss or a fee.

Memberships &  Packages

Membership Terms and conditions
Our memberships entitles you to the agreed upon number of recovery sessions per week.

  • Your sessions must be booked in advance. You can book via our website, in person or via the phone. 

  • This is a recurring rolling membership, billed fortnightly.

  • Your membership will continue to renew automatically unless cancelled by you in writting. We require 14 days notice for cancelling memberships. All payments due during the notice period will still be processed, and membership benefits will remain active during this time. 

  • You can bring a new friend once a month, this can be booked in via the invite guest button on Momence. This must be a friend who has not had a recovery session at our clinic before. 

  • Sessions cannot be shared, or used by anyone other than the person booked into the session. If someone other than the person booked in arrives to use the session they will be asked to purchase their own session. 

  • If you do not use your weekly session, they do not roll over and are forfeit at the end of the period.

  • Any changes to your membership, including pricing, will be clearly communciated to you via email. Please ensure your email contact details are current and correct.

  • Our 5 packs have are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, and our 10 packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

Note:  
- Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance

- If a session is full, you can add yourself onto the waitlist

Payment

All payments for Recovery sessions provided by Subi Sports Recovery are due at the time of booking. All payments for remedial massage sessions are due at the start of the appointment. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, direct debit and cash.

  • All payments are processed securely via stripe. Stripe is our third-party payment processor. By Submitting your payment information you agree to Stripes Terms and Conditions and authorise recurring billings.

  • A card processing fee of 1.75% will be applied to all payments made via direct debit and credit card. This fee will be automatically added to your total payment upon checkout and covers the costs associated with processing transactions. 

  • A processing fee of 1.3% will be applied to all payments made via direct deposit. This fee will be automatically added to your total payment upon checkout and covers the costs associated with processing the transactions. 

  • If your payment is unsuccessful a fee of $5 will be charged. 

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Personal Property

Subi Sports Recovery is not resonsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
